THE 2025/2026 FEES INTAKE WILL RUN FROM 1 MAY TO 31 JULY.  WE ARE PLEASED TO PROVIDE A SLIGHT REDUCTION ON THE DISCOUNTED AMOUNT THIS YEAR AT £50. THE UNDISCOUNTED AMOUNT REMAINS AT £90.

WE HOPE TO SEE EVERYONE AT THE AGM.

Residents are reminded that the car parks are allocated to houses and/or flats on the estate, and residents and their visitors should only park in their allocated space(s).  

Cars and vans parked on pavements means buggies and wheelchairs can’t get passed and are being forced onto the road. Residents are asked to consider the safety of others in the community.

Residents are requested to report witnessing dog fouling to the committee, and to save any doorbell camera footage that they have that can be submitted to the council for action.
