About Us

Lochview Residents Association is a voluntary group of neighbours self-factoring the estate and common grounds on behalf of the community comprising Lochview Crescent, Lochview Drive, Lochview Gardens and Lochview Place.  

Each property owner has a liability for a proportional contribution to the upkeep of the common ground which is confirmed in their missive. The LRA exists to ensure that everyone shares the responsibility while avoiding excessive factor fees.

The annual fee is £90, discounted to £50 if paid on time. Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash.

If you would like to volunteer, please get in touch.  We are looking for someone who can take on the role of Secretary, and someone who could assist with communications.  Or if you feel you are better suited to another role please still contact us.
